Successful candidates will take on total responsibility for a landscape installment crew, including budgets, personnel and time management, product procurement, installation, and working with the client. The lead is solely responsible for carrying out the design and installing the landscape with the given parameters set forth in the spread sheet/work order.
Position Requirements

| Horticultural Technician
In Harmony offers a complete organic based lawn and plant health care program to clients in the Seattle and Eastside area. Our services concentrate on educating clients and providing quality landscapes without the use of harmful products.
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in the identification and care of landscape plants of the Pacific Northwest. Particular attention to detail is required for observation and identification of pest and disease problems.
Position Requirements
- Ability to obtain Washington State Pesticide Operator's License within first two weeks of hire.
- Excellent Driving Record/Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.
- Must have a positive "CAN DO" attitude
Position Duties
- Assist in the care and development of trees, ornamental plants and lawns.
- Monitor, diagnose and treat insect, disease, physiological and cultural conditions.
- Select most appropriate product or treatment to be utilized for these problems
- Provide comprehensive and thorough information to create an ideal environment of optimum health of landscapes.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Maintain daily records of clients and entry of daily work in Software database.
- Responsible for work truck, keeping it neat and orderly on a daily basis
Salary and Benefits
- Up to $14.00/hr to start
